NHS Exemptions
We accept all NHS exemptions and if you pay for your prescriptions then its just the normal NHS prescription charge- just like any other pharmacy.
Proof of Exemption
If you are 16 and under or 60 and over, you don't need to provide us with any proof as we can verify your age using your prescription details.
If you have a different exemption, just let us know.
Send us an email to info@365pharmacist.co.uk with the details of your exemption and photo of proof- we will update your record for you and send you a confirmation.
