What’s it for?
Symptomatic relief of colds, chills and influenza at night.
How to Use
Over 16 years:
Daytime:
- 2 capsules every 4 hours up to a maximum of 3 doses in any 24 hour period.
- Minimum dosing interval 4 hours.
Night-time:
- 2 capsules just before bedtime.
- Only one dose should be taken at night.
- Not to be used for longer than 3 days except on medical advice.
Under 16 years: not to be given.
Warnings & Cautions
- Do not give to children under 12 years of age
- Do not exceed stated dose
- Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well
- Night-time capsules may cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive or operate machinery. Avoid alcoholic drinks
- Do not take if: you have liver or kidney disease. If you are pregnant or breast feeding. With other flu, cold or decongestant products
- Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products
- Consult your doctor before taking this medicine: if you are under the care of your doctor, or receiving prescribed medicines or have asthma, glaucoma or an enlarged prostate
- If symptoms persist consult your doctor
Ingredients:
Day-time - orange and yellow capsule containing:
- Paracetamol 500mg
- Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30mg
- Pholcodine 5mg
Night-time - green and white capsule containing:
- Paracetamol 500mg
- Promethazine hydrochloride 10mg
- Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 7.5mg
